Photo Booth Hire Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the photo booth hire services provided by Dover Media Group (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client (referred to as "you" or "your"). By booking our photo booth services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before making a booking.

1.     Booking and Payment: a. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. b. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event. c. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

2.     Photo Booth Services: a. We will provide a photo booth setup, including the necessary equipment and props, as agreed upon in the booking. b. Our staff will operate and manage the photo booth during the event. c. The duration of the photo booth hire will be as specified in the booking.

3.     Client Responsibilities: a. You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the date, time, and location of the event. b. You will ensure that there is sufficient space and suitable conditions for the setup of the photo booth. c. You will grant us access to the venue and coordinate with the venue staff for smooth setup and dismantling. d. You are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of your guests using the photo booth.

4.     Use of Images: a. By using our photo booth, you grant us the right to use any images taken during the event for promotional purposes. b. We will not use any images that may be considered inappropriate or offensive. c. You and your guests will be provided with digital copies of the images taken during the event via a web hosted album for you to download.

5.     Equipment and Damages: a. We will take all necessary precautions to ensure that our equipment is in good working condition. b. You will be held responsible for any damages caused to the equipment or props by you or your guests during the event. c. In the event of equipment failure or any unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation but will not be held liable for any resulting damages or losses.

6.     Cancellation and Refunds: a. If you wish to cancel the booking, the initial deposit is non-refundable. b. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

7.     Limitation of Liability: a. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our photo booth services. b. Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by you for the photo booth hire.

8.     Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Dover Media Group and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of our photo booth services.

9.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10.  Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dover Media Group, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By booking our photo booth hire services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
